Article 35 of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that the state implements a licensing system for food production and operation. Engaging in food production, food sales, and catering services shall obtain a license in accordance with the law. However, those who sell edible agricultural products and only sell pre packaged food do not need to obtain a license. For those who only sell pre packaged food, they shall report to the food safety supervision and management department of the local people's government at or above the county level for filing.
1. QS certification qualification certificate: also known as food safety and quality certification certificate, refers to the mandatory certification system implemented by the state for food safety and quality, mainly aimed at certifying the safety of food packaging materials and non food packaging materials;
2. ISO9000 Quality Management System Certification: refers to a set of international quality certification standards launched by the International Organization for Standardization, which mainly certifies the quality management system of enterprises, mainly to improve the management and quality level of enterprises;
3. ISO14000 Environmental Management System Certification: refers to a set of international environmental management certification standards launched by the International Organization for Standardization. It mainly certifies the environmental management system of enterprises, aiming to improve their environmental protection awareness and management level;
4. Product Quality Certification Certificate: Refers to the quality certification of products produced by enterprises to ensure that the quality of products produced by enterprises can meet the requirements of national quality standards;
5. Production License: Refers to the license required for an enterprise to produce related products, issued by relevant national departments, and serves as the basis for the enterprise's legal production.
