1、 The reasons for air leakage on the body of vacuum packaging bags are:

1. The material of the packaging bag has poor puncture resistance. If the material's puncture resistance cannot meet the requirements, it is easy to cause air leakage. Solution: Reduce fillers or increase the size of packaging bags.

2. The material of the packaging bag has poor heat sealing adhesion. Due to the short interval between the heat sealing and vacuum pumping processes on the assembly line, the adhesive strength of the heat sealing is poor, and there is a possibility of seal rupture during vacuum pumping.

Solution: Adjust the heat sealing blade temperature, heat sealing pressure, and cooling temperature according to the material to obtain suitable heat sealing adhesion. This can generally be done by consulting the supplier and recording the setting parameters. If the problem still cannot be solved, the only option is to replace the heat sealing layer with a different material.

3. There are foreign objects at the sealing of the packaging bag. There are foreign objects at the sealing area, which can easily cause air leakage due to the adhesive force and effect of heat sealing. This is usually caused by sharp and hard objects scratching the device, resulting in thin film filaments, which can also be seen at the sealing area.
